RULES & EXPECTATIONS
Maintaining the safety of attendees, owners, and their vehicles and the integrity of the competition is our top priority.
- Spectators are not permitted to touch or enter vehicles without permission of the owner.
- No burnouts, excessive engine revving, etc. will be tolerated.
- All vehicles must remain in the show area for the duration of the show.
- Winners must be present for awards.
- For the safety of your pets and attendees, dogs are not permitted at Haulin’ Oz this year. Thank you for your understanding.
JUDGING
Maintaining the safety of attendees, owners, and their vehicles and the integrity of the competition is our top priority.
- The Owner/Exhibitor will classify their vehicle but it is subject to change by the judges if they deem it inappropriately classified.
- Exhibitor’s entry number must be clearly displayed on the driver side windshield to be judged.
- Judges must have access to all areas of the show vehicle including trunk, interior and engine compartment. Judges WILL NOT open these areas for evaluation.
- It is recommended you are available at judging to address any questions presented to you by the judges.
- Judges decisions are final. Tie breakers will be made by the judges after a short evaluation and possible re-inspection.
- Please note: During the show, our judges will be quietly walking around to review the entries. To help speed up the judging process, they will focus solely on evaluating the trucks and will only speak with the owner if they have a question or need access to a certain area of the truck. Each judge is responsible for specific classes and will consult the judging overseer with any questions or concerns.
